Delivery
Sacxess delivers within Cape Town and nationally across South Africa. Delivery is calculated at checkout once you choose a method and enter your address — so you always see the cost before you commit. Courier and timeframes confirmed at production.

Collection & pop-up pickup
Prefer to collect? Choose collection at checkout and arrange a time with the team — or pick up your order at a live Sacxess pop-up. Bring your order reference.
Exchanges
Unworn pieces, with tags and in original condition, can be exchanged. The exact exchange window and who covers return shipping are confirmed with the Sacxess team before launch and shown here in full.
Faulty items
If anything arrives with a genuine fault, message us straight away on WhatsApp with your order reference and a photo, and we'll make it right.
